Jerry Weinstein is the founder of UC Industries, the market leader in extruded polystyrene (XPS), which was later acquired by Owens Corning (OC) in the mid-nineties. Weinstein later served as the Vice President for Exterior Products at OC, and has licensed the XPS technology internationally into construction and structural core markets.

Richard Kelson was the former EVP and GC, and later EVP and CFO at Alcoa, the world’s leader in aluminum production and products. Kelson was also an operating advisor at Pegasus Capital, a Private Equity management firm, and currently leads ServCo LLC, focusing on strategic sourcing for small and mid-market companies.

Charles Duell is the Executive Vice President with Clark Transfer. Duell served for many years as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Scholastic Inc, after practicing law with Cleary, Gottieb, Steen and Hamilton. Duell has brokered business relationships, joint ventures and licensing, for a number of Fortune 500s.
